Therin is Imrahil's head cook in Dol Amroth, and as such supervises esquires assigned to scullery duty. During her Swan Knight training Hethlin spent quite a bit of time laboring in the kitchen under Therin's benevolent eye. As described in Dol Amroth Yule, Therin is a large, cheerful man.
